    Hi Powie,

    I am newbie to WP and as you say, it is a great tool.

    However, I am having an issue that you might be able to help with.

    It downloads to PC but not our mobile phones (Samsung Note, IPhone 6) or Ipad Air. It goe to the “something missing” page.

    I cannot find in the documentation anything and have left forum post but no response so far.
