Payment processing failure

Hi there. We have an intermittent issue with the WePOS set-up. On certain computers when we try to process a cash payment the loading/circle icon appears for a few seconds, then disappears and we are returned to an unprocessed cart. There’s no error message or clue as to what could have caused the payment not to process properly.
Is there something in the setup that I should be looking at that may help us to solve this issue, or does this sound more like a caching/hosting/other issue related to something other than WePOS?
