  • This plug-in do exactly what I except and there is no problem with Czech diacritics. If I was uploaded file name “p?íli? ?lu?ou?ky k?ň úpěl ?ábelské ódy.jpg” I’v got filename: /wp-content/uploads/2017/12/prilis-zlutoucky-kun-upel-dabelske-ody.jpg and Title p?íli? ?lu?ou?ky k?ň úpěl ?ábelské ódy.
