  • After exporting, the following message appears when trying to open the file:

    “Excel cannot open the file because the file format or file extension is not valid. Verify that the file has not been corrupted and that the file extension matches the format of the file.”

    Does the CSV export work? Does it contain all the data?

    I’ve seen this a couple of times while I was getting our site set up, but I just recreated the URL and it then worked and has continued working OK.
