Terrible pro support

The Pro support is a joke, they never solve the issue and help. The only thing they do is ask you to find the issue and solve it by yourself, or they will say it is beyond the support scope.

I decide to not renew my elementor pro license because now they only allow switching the license to 5 domains(can’t use one license on more than 5 domains now). I contact the support team([email protected]) and tell them I will leave because of this limitation. Guess what, they send me the guide to turn off the auto-renew(below email), haha.

I contacted the support team many times in the past for bugs/questions, but they even couldn’t answer a yes or no question. Only ask me to check the issue, find the answer by myself, send me their document link, etc, they just won’t spend time to solve the issue(I guess they don’t know how to solve the issue?).

When I say will not renew my license anymore, they take the initiative to send me the detailed guide to turn off the renew function(I already turned it off before), it is very funny.

”If you would like to cancel your subscription, please turn off the auto-renewal from your account.
