Great addition to an online practice

Works pretty well, looks professional, and providing the client with the option to repeat the assessment helps them and me track their progress. Improvements I’d like to see include:
User interface is confusing for a first-time user, and more seriously … if the user makes a mistake, there’s no cancelling out of the wheel or backing up to the previous entry to correct the mistake. I’d call this a pretty serious UI shortcoming. If there’s a way around this, I’m not seeing it.
Integration with Zapier would be helpful; this would enable better integration with the other tools I use in my practice (ClarityFlow, Paperbell, and Brevo).
