It’s great to hear that you find WPForms very easy to use! We put a lot of effort into making it ‘stupid simple.’
Thank you for the feedback on the Phone & Address fields. In case it helps to share more details about these fields, I’ve included some information here.
Because of their advanced features, they are included as part of the Fancy Fields which require a paid license.
By default, our Phone field use geolocation to detect the visitor’s general region and adjust the suggested phone format as well as the country code, which is submitted along with the phone number.
The geolocation is powered by our own geolocation API we maintain and update, which is why this is a paid feature. If you want a simpler approach to collecting phone numbers with WPForms, you can use the Numbers field or the Single Line Text field in combination with our input mask.
Similarly, the Address field uses geolocation to show a location map, as well as for adding the Address Autocomplete feature. If you need a simpler approach, you can also use the Single Line Text field & Dropdown field to make an address type of field.
Please note that the Phone field & Address field are available with any paid license, including the Basic license level.
