Great and Useful plugin

A must have plugin for webshops with customer service. It makes it very easy to go in to a customer profile and help customer better by seeing it from there “eyes”. The support is great, I have mentioned that they where not compatible with the new woocommerce HPOS table and have updated there plugin within a day.
