Great at first, then corrupts your slideshow

  • I am rebuilding my 200-slide slideshow for the forth time now. This plugin gets corrupt after a while (can’t add anything or display problems) and you will have to delete the entire plugin and reinstall and rebuild the slideshow every time. (This is what Huge IT support told me to do) Maybe they should stop adding a million features and get it working correctly first. Don’t spend money on this.

    Dear user we couldn’t say rebuilt every time, I think you understood wrong.
    maybe we asked to delete and install again ( in this case nothing will be lost) or rebuilt one slider, one time, but not every time.
    I will not remember your case right now, but be sure we work hard on fixing those problem which happens to several users not just for the case of one user, because as you know there are many external problems that can affect on plugin and individual cases may not be the reason for whole updating of the plugin
