Great automation plugin with amazing support!

  • This is a great automation plugin that covers most of our needs. The best thing about Automator is that it’s made by Uncanny Owl. The level of support provided by the UO team is second to none, especially compared to some of the knock-off plugins that mimick the features but lag miles behind from a support point of view.
    When working on automation, support is at least as important as features, if not more. Uncanny Owl support is knowldegeable, friendly and super reactive. Whenever there is an issue (which doesn’t happen often, at least not of their own fault), it is fixed extremely quickly. Feature requests are considered and implemented rapidly if they benefit enough users. Most importantly, they often go the extra mile to help users and for a small business like us without an in-house development team, that’s priceless.
    Highly recommended!
