Great backup plugin, excellent support

    As a user of the free version I am very impressed by what this plugin brings in as a backup solution and a prompt assistance.

    I must thank Nicholas from the help desk for his excellent support, solving my issue (probably due to my custom setup) by addressing the problem with a few changes in the plugin settings.

    Also, must mention the ability to migrate or staging effortlessy (free version) whereas other backup solutions are limited in their free offer. Among other features, I like the ability to schedule backups on cloud storage. Thank you guys for this great piece of software!

    Very recommended!

    Just a bit of correction @caffeinefx. You can create a staging site in the free version but copying it back to the live site require you to have a premium version. Rest the plugin is cool.
