Great backup-tool!

    I installed UpdraftPlus after I did not manage to run WPBackup on my server. Target was to get a full backup of my website

    UpdraftPlus was easy to configure for a full website backup including DB. I configured backup to Google Drive. Other tools might have more configuration parameters, which I do not need. I have not tested to restore my website through this tool.

    One recommendation: the user manual for backups with Google drive is not up to date when it comes to creating a client ID. Its self-explaining, so I had no issues to deal with it.

    Thanks… which screenshot in particular was not up to date? We updated the guide only 5 days ago. Google move things around annoyingly often!
