Great but..

The plugin is easy to use, especially for an amateur like myself. I support 2 websites as a volunteer and one more for my business. We originally started out with the free version and of the last 2 years have converted to the premium for its greater capabilities. They also do a great job of keeping the tools up to date as the world of searches evolves based on changes from the search engine folks like Google. I would easily have given them 5 stars but for some technical problems that just took too long to solve, although granted they were readily responding to my emails and tried hard to be helpful. The trouble shooting routines were more complex than I like. They did finally sign in to my site (only one of the 3 was a problem). I was getting completely plank meta data so I could no longer maintain seo at the page level. Eventually, it turned out that the problem disappeared with Google Chrome, but continued to be an issue with Internet Explorer, Edge, Firefox and Safari. I still don’t understand what happened with the other browsers, but at least I now have a solution. Net, generally a great product, responsive customer support, but a tendency to assume more capability than I have as they walked the road of problems assessment with me.
