Great But Basic

A few things.

This is a great, easy to install plugin and it does exactly what it says it will.

But …

1) I have no idea what one of the settings does. I just click to create the TOC. The other setting feels superfluous. And,
2) It looks extremely basic. There is no way to customize it that I can see.

And there you have it. Perfect execution but a little quirky stuff, plus customizing would be lovely.
