3 stars because of the issues I’ve had are still, somewhat, unresolved.
The response I got from Customer Service (CS) were always quick but maybe too quick.

One of my beginner question was to ask how to revert changes once published. CS ‘quick’ reply was that it cannot be unpublished. The truth was that there is an undo button on the bottom that I hadn’t explored yet and I could have undone the changes and republish.

<Table> is another example, doesn’t seem to be any of their priority. The only place that I found (so far) to have a table is in a blog post. Even the preview of the post doesn’t show the table properly. Their response was to install a shortcode tool to accomplish this or use columns. This would be fine if I didn’t manage 300 sites. I want the client, customer or users to be able to input a table without coding in HTML. This is website 101 in my opinion. They claim in one of their first bubbles that it’s NO coding required.

This theme does not claim that they are multisite ready and they are not. One resolution to fix lost icons was to install yet another plugin. The issue is that when an site Administrator publishes a page that the icons may disappear. This didn’t seem to be the case for the first while. Only the Super Administrator can publish the page to correct the icon issue.

In a section of the tool, they recommend a suite of plugins including Forminator. Yet when I picked one of their templates/theme, it requires Contact Form 7. REQUIRES?! ok I understand, I picked the theme that included the plugin form and I think this might be a WordPress issue more than Colibri only. IMHO, I think themes shouldn’t include actual plugins but just the text or image to impersonate the tool.

The tool works like a 5 star! It’s just that these items mentioned cannot be ignored or resolved by brushing it off.

I won’t recommend this theme or page builder to anyone, yet, I won’t bash them because the tool is stable and what’s there works great.
