Great, but lacking quality assurance

I was going to give this plugin a better rating, but aside from the fact that it works most of the time, and when it does it works very well, there are a lot of problematic glitches. Upgrades need to be streamlined, and especially the last upgrade, where the javascript for ajax events just completely failed. Second, the support for this plugin does not match its complexity. I went to the support forums for a fix, and the only answer provided was to disable other plugins to get AAM to work. That is not a solution.
