Great, but needs updating

  • As-is, the plugin (version 4.4.3) is not compatible with WordPress 5.9. It would needs updating.

    Installing is OK, however when Creating a Document Gallery, nothing gets inserted. But there’s a workaround : install the plugin ‘Classic Editor’, then from the (Gutenberg) editor, insert a ‘Classic bloc’, add a Media, then Create Document Gallery. The gallery displays fine in the preview/published page. More details in the plugin support forum, topic “WordPress 5.0 Compatibility”.

    Document Gallery is a great plugin, making nicely online a bunch a PDF files coming from scanned club magazines (optimized & searchable thanks to ocrmypdf).
