Great Contact Form!

I’ve spent 3 hours browsing for the most modern-like and stylish contact form and all the plugins I found were either too complex or unable to work properly. I have to say that I was more than amazed how clean and stylish this plugin is. Had I implemented it in the very beginning when I saw it, I would have probably saved myself 3 hours…
