    With the demise of Postman SMTP (see here https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/removed-from-repo/ ) which had built-in logging, there may, like me, be others looking for an alternative to Postman SMTP. I found this Email Log plugin and it seems to work great, so thank you to Sudar !
    Not sure this is the place for a feature request, but in the WordPress Dashboard/Home section, Postman SMTP has a summary of the total emails ever sent, and a handy link to go straight to the log. Would be great to see that functionality built into Email Log

    Adding a dashboard widget will be a good addition. I have added it to the list of things that will be added in next release. You can track the progress of this specific request at https://github.com/sudar/email-log/issues/108

    I just released v2.2.0 of the plugin with the Dashboard Widget that displays summary information about email logs and also has links to view logs, settings page etc.

    Please update to v2.2.0, try out the Dashboard Widget and let us know your feedback.
