Great CRM plugin, can’t wait to leave Mailchimp!
-
I’ve installed FluentCRM a few weeks ago and I’m very impressed with this plugin!
It has tons of features and allows for a very tight integration with wordpress, with lots of automations. I also love the fact that all the contact data is in WordPress and not hosted with a third party, as it means that when we backup our site, we also back-up all our contacts, emails, funnels and automations.
It has strong integration with the plugins that matter for us, mainly Learndash and Easy Digital Downloads. We use Fluentforms (another excellent plugin from the same company!) for forms and surveys, and that integrates perfectly with FluentCRM obviously.
The interface is excellent and the plugin doesn’t slow the website at all.
Support is great, very reactive and helpful. I made a feature suggestion in relation to Learndash groups, it was implemented in the next release less than a week later! Thumbs up to the devs for being so reactive, it’s very refreshing.
We’ve imported our contacts from Mailchimp easily. It was straightforward but tedious as you need to split a list into as many segments as you have tags. It would be great if Mailchimp import could be done in one go. It won’t affect me as it only has to be done once, but hopefully it will be implemented to make the life of future users easier.
I have one main feature request outstanding, which is integration with Everwebinar / WebinarJam (or GrooveWebinar). Currently it’s only possible through Zappier, which is too expensive and not optimal for us. Right now we’re still integrating Everwebinar with Maichimp, so we have to keep importing leads regularly into FluentCRM and that limits the amount of automation. Hopefully this integration will be implemented soon as Everwbinar/WebinarJam is a very popular platform. That’s the last thing preventing us from closing our Mailchimp account and moving fully to FluentCRM.
The plugin is still young but incredibly advanced already, so I have no doubt that we should be able to make that jump within the next year. For now, we’re maintaining both lists (in FluentCRM and in Maichimp), which doesn’t cause any problems.
Keep up the good work!
