Great Crowdfunding Plugin But Not A Fit For Us

We purchased the IgnitionDeck Enterprise plugin for a UNIQUE crowdfunding campaign that we had planned.

The IgnitionDeck Enterprise platform ended up NOT supporting an incremental delivery of a digital product “out of the box”, which is what we needed to initiate our VERY UNIQUE crowdfunding campaign. With this being said, IgnitionDeck DID offer their services to customize and build out the functionality of the plugin for us, and do I believe they had the knowledge to complete the task. Unfortunately, the money was not there for us to move forward with the customization, although we didn’t ask what that cost would have been (hated to ask :)). Another alternative they offered was using a WooCommerce extension for digital download product handling. We originally tried WooCommerce and that extension (there were some small issues with this combination), but we were looking for an all-in-one package to handle the campaign and the IgnitionDeck Enterprise plugin was what we ultimately wanted to try, but it ended up not being a fit for our needs in the end.

Listen … the people there at IgnitionDeck are legitimate, helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. That is all we can ask for when wanting to try a possible solution to a problem of ours. Because the product was not for us, we asked for a refund and it was delivered. Honesty is the best policy – great job IgnitionDeck!

If you believe this product will satisfy your needs for your crowdfunding adventure (read all it can do for YOUR crowdfunding campaign), give it a try. You have a LIMITED amount of time to try it out once purchased (for a refund), but if in the end, it just does not satisfy your unique crowdfunding campaign needs, ask for a refund. You will get the full refund if asked for in the allotted amount of time remaining.

I gave a 5-star rating, simply because of its many features and excellent support.

BTW: If you install the plugin and do not wish to continue using it, there are specifics on how to get it uninstalled properly from WordPress. Allow IgnitionDeck to help you do this, Emma at IgnitionDeck was VERY helpful. ??
