great customer service

  • i am a new customer and was having trouble with the layout for direct import. Customer service helped me out, trying to teach me how it was done. but computer wasnt cooperating, so they loaded everything for me and fixed the issues i was having. 8 products which took almost 2 hours. Thanks for all your help.
