Great Customer Service!

I recently had an issue with the Live Scraper not functioning on one of my sites. I wrote to the plugin owner, and almost immediately, I received a reply from Robert, one of the partners. He was extremely courteous and he followed through with several emails back and forth, all within a short period of time. This challenging issue was resolved very quickly, and now, I have happy clients.

I have used the WP Live Scraper plugin for several months now, and found it to be extremely easy to use with no issues other than the one I described above which turned out to be nothing more than CSS code.
