Great customer service and works well

I’m using it on a bunch of personal sites and client sites. I have the backup enabled on most of the sites. Whenever I do something stupid or some update “kills” the site I’m glad to know I can just resurrect it. Saved my bacon quite a few times. Also, any problems I have had so far Paul was able to help work it out (usually user error, ie me, not knowing what I’m doing). I have been with them for 2 years. I have seen a lot of improvement in their offerings along the years and each time they save me either time or money.
