Great customer support

  • We were looking for a reliable and easy to use plugin for our live chat support and we came across WP Live Chat Support. We started with the free version but since most of the features we were looking for were in paid version, we took the risk and bought the full version and we can confirm this was a risk worth taking.

    We have not yet launched our new website but all our tests on the plugin has a great result. Most importantly, the customer support was very efficient and quick. We wanted a couple of modifications in the plugin and they did it for us very quickly. The response time was impressive and delivery so quick.

    WeI have to say that we have not yet tested the plugin in heavy traffic but we don’t see why it cannot handle high volume of traffic.

    The plugin should be able to handle high volumes of traffic as it makes use of something called ‘Long Polling’, which uses very little resources when running.
