Great Customer Support

  • I had a conflict with my popups which were not working unless my webpage was reloaded first. The Syngoos team helped me locate the problem. Which was a conflict with Ajax. They even went a step further and emailed me a web link with information on how to fix my issue. For any of you wordpress users having a similar issue with your popups not opening up, I fixed my issue by going to Qcode, under Global Options and simply changed the drop down under Page Transition to NO ANIMATION. Then everything worked fine.
    I love the Popup Builder because, I have a Las Vegas related website with over 54 offers. I added a popup for every offer and even was able to embed a video or image along with the text in each popup window. I give this plug-in and the company support 5 Stars! Thank you, Sygnoos!
