    After submitting a ticket, I got a reply within the next 12 hours. Megha was more than willing to sort out the issue and although I didn’t answer immediately, they kept following up. Shortly, I got in touch and the issue was checked and fixed. And all of that was done in a timely manner and with a great willingness for which I am very grateful.
