Great Customer Support

  • The plugin works perfectly and ETA of the customer support is great. The only reason I gave 4 stars (ideally I wanted to give 4.5, however, it’s not available), was that there was a slight delay (1 day and few hours) in the response initially. However, except for the initial hiccup, the response after that was awesome and I was able to resolve the issue very quickly.

    Typically, support response times are slower during the week-end as no one works then. Nothing we can do about that, right now – but we’ll think of something for the future.
