Great customer support centre!

  • Using WordPress is known to have its problems, mostly the fact that we need to use multiple plugins, and make everything work together. after trying for two weeks HivePress to build a directory website and keep encountering problems and shortages in features, I’ve decided to try Directorist. the onboarding process is easy, and though some things didn’t work right out of the box, the customer service is fast and helpful to fix, adjust and point you to what needs to be done. this has helped me to create the website I needed, and keep optimising it. when a feature is missing, they are willing to make adjustment to help you achieving your desired website. the yearly subscription already saved me many hours of work and unnecessary headaches. highly recommended!
