Great email management plugin

With no previous experience of website email, Mailpoet was recommended and I found that it had all the features that I required to set up and manage email communication to different groups of subscribers. I have found their support team to be responsive and very helpful and the monitoring and reporting on mail sending issues has enabled me to identify and address improvements to related settings and email filtering.
