Great Experience

So far we’ve had a great experience with Give. We built a site for a charity organization in the youth camp space and it was a pretty seamless experience getting our campaigns up and running and customizing the output elements to our liking. They have a ton of add-ons that cover just about anything you could feasibly need from a functionality standpoint and everything works together quite well.
Where Give really shines for me though is in the support. We have the paid version of the plugin that provides access to priority support and we had an issue with the Give forms not loading once we’d migrated the site to the production server. Inside of an hour of submitting our request, we had a very detailed and expansive explanation of the problem and a ton of potential solutions (ended up being a server cache thing) that also included a screen cap video of Alex (the support agent) walking through the problem on his end and talking about what he’s seeing. It was incredible! I’ve dealt with a ton of plugin support divisions over the years and this was by far one of the best experiences I’ve ever had.
