Great for beginners to WP even better for experts

For those who like to skim, I am going to highlight the points that I feel express this theme’s strong points. Also, I bought the PRO version, but these highlights aren’t related to the PRO version.

– insanely fast customer support (never experienced anything quite as quick).

– customer support actually explains solutions (this let me problem solve without having to make a post by looking at other inquires already made).

– a great deal of customization (I have applied around 20 themes to my site and have not found a free theme with as many options).

– if you have any knowledge of CSS, there is a lot you can do here.

– you can make a site that appears professional — without worrying about laughable paywalls to basic functionalities.

This was the first theme that I stuck with for my site. I tried a lot of other free themes, but nothing really came close to the level of customization offered here — without dumping hours into CSS to change colors. If you pair this theme with a page builder like Elementor, there really aren’t too many visual adjustments that can’t be made.

Also, the features icons are pretty awesome, though they are a lot more useful with the paid version. BTW, I don’t use Woocomerce, so I can’t comment on that.

Whatever the theme appears to be lacking in functionality, it can be compensated for with some basic plugins, which is typical — even for paid themes. As a PRO member for this theme, I actually asked them to help me make adjustments that completely reformatted the site’s look — especially the homepage — so there is a lot that you can do. However, it should be noted that they take these requests on the free version; I just hadn’t asked them before.

Honestly, the theme is a little unconventional in its appearance, which is why I enjoyed using it so much. If you’re trying to use the cost-effective route, you might as well shoot for originality.

To be honest, I switched over to another theme that had a template that was aesthetically closer to what I wanted without having to learn more CSS than I already have. That being said, I have come across a variety of problems with my new theme that I never experienced with the Trusted Theme — a lot of them takes 1–2 hours to correct for the other theme I am currently using, and I now know what I am doing.

I have put a lot of investment in the other theme, so I am not sure if I am going to switch over at this moment. However, I am a hair’s breadth from giving up on my other theme and crawling back to Trusted.

At least with Trusted, every time I broke my site, it was my fault and support traced back to an issue of broken code or a plugin incompatibility.

Speaking of plugins, most of the mainstream plugins worked, Yoast, Contact Form 7, Autoptimize (I think this is spelled right, but I’m way too lazy to look it up), fastest cache, page builders such as Elementor and Beaver Builder, etc.

All in all, this is a fantastic theme, and I highly recommend it. Keep up the solid work!
