Great for Category-only RSS…

…but lacks the ability to add “All” for users who are not interested in just one category but want to get the RSS including every category a gross oversight which would require to add an additional widget just for that which would be very inelegant. Hopefully the “All” category will be added as a meta category without the need to create and parent to it existing categories (requiring to add the All category to every single post ever published on a site.
