Great for improving customer relationship

I have been looking for a free plugin for WooCommerce, which allows my customers to message me while on my store. I normally get request from customers, to send items like receipt, way-bill and others. These requires in the past were done outside my site, by direct emails.

With this extension, customers can now ask me directly from the store, while browsing other products. Very impressed
