Great form, but with bugs

  • Great product, but I have found a bug, could you please fix it ??
    bug:
    When user add appointment and adds non mandatory phone nr. then time doesn’t disapiers from calendar. So it means another user can create appointment for the same time and date.

    Suggestion to improve:
    Currently you can make reservations only for one hour (even if time between appointments is 30min).
    Suggestion to make it configurable so you could reserve it also for 30min.

    Thank you for the review and the feedback.

    For your first issue, are you saying that any time someone adds in a phone number for an appointment, then that appointment doesn’t get blocked from further booking? But, if the phone number field is left blank, then the appointment does get blocked off from further booking? What do you have set for the capacity and the duration of that service?

    You should definitely be able to make appointments at times other than directly on the hour. What do you have set for the duration of the appointment? That also factors in to the times that are shown on the calendar.

    Yes this was the issue. But I have fixed by putting more days for Minimum Days in Advance, Maximum Days in Advance and Calendar Offset. Previously it was like 1 or none.

    What do you have set for the duration of the appointment?

    I have one more question. Is it possible to make multiples reservations with the same request? For example to reserve 13:00h, 13:30h and 14:00h even if Time Between Appointments is splited by 30 min.
