• I really like the free version of this plugin. So much indeed that I have entrusted its developer team and purchased the premium version. It was to have great feature like widget and shortcode. The latter failed to work as described right away. Then wen on a succession of failures which have been ignored by the developer team despite numerous emails and tickets logged on their website.
So my confusion is enjoy the free version but stay away from the premium.
How ironic their advertise their Support expertise in the plugin pages and fail so radically to answer emails and tickets.

  • Agreed. I paid for the premium version a couple years ago, and they recently deactivated it.
No response to several tech requests. Had to install the free version again to get it to work.
This company is far more interested in sales than support. Stick with the free version.
