Great free plugin but their guarantee on payments is worthless! Be warned!

  • I’ve used the free plugin on a number of sites but recently paid for the yearly bundle. The initial payment showed an error (paying through PayPal) so I placed a new order using my card through the site using Stripe. Unbeknownst to me the PayPal payment went through even though there was an error, so the second order wasn’t needed. I’ve tried contacting Niteo through their website about this multiple times without reply, even though their terms clearly state a 14 day guarantee. Going to have to try and get a refund through PayPal for the initial order as they clearly don’t care and are happy to take people’s money! The free plugin’s great but seriously don’t buy anything from them as their guarantee doesn’t mean anything to them!

    If you didn’t receive any emails then I suggest you check to make sure your contact form on your website actually works as this was used a number of times to try and contact you about this as this was the only way on your website to do so – hence finally adding a review here to try and get a reply.
