• I gave it one star because the plugin keep counts my actual customer as abandoned cart. All my customers who placed an order, the plugin save them as abandoned cart too, and send email to them!
I should check the abandoned cart list and order list every day and unsubscribe the customer if they placed the orders.
I decided to remove the plugin.

    Hello @rezawm,

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

This looks like a plugin conflict, we have 300000+ users are using it without any issues.

There are thousands of plugins available on WP.org and we can’t check all plugin compatibility with our plugin, sometimes other plugins may conflict and cause issues.

We request you share your System Status report so we can check which plugin causing the issue and will try to resolve your issue

    - Go to WooCommerce > Status.
    - Click Get System Report and then Copy for support.
    - Share that info with us.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

I second this opinion. I am running the plugin in two woocommerce shops and on both it sends emails to customers who already finalized a sale. This makes customers insecure, weather or not their order went through.

    Hello @dachilla78 @rezawm,

We are looking into the issue, we will update you on our findings soon.

    Best Regards,

I can report this as well.

My customers who purchased will still get abandoned cart recovery emails from this plugin.

Please fix this, its very bad for our customers who then write to us if everything is OK with the order.

(We did exclude “finished” order status and would only send on “unpaid/canceled etc” order statuses)

    Hello @rezawm, @someoneelseentirely & @dachilla78,

Could you please let us know if you are facing this issue for any specific payment gateway? Which payment gateway you are using so we can check it on our end?

As it is working fine for most of the payment gateway.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
