Great Idea, But Not Usuable

The plugin seems like a good idea but is not usable. Unable to use some of the features (Facebook voting, etc.) that are described in the description only later to realize that you need a license that is not even available to get. So I gave a score of 3 until it is updated because of the effort of the developer of presenting something with such a good idea.
