    Had previous issue, but they followed back up and got it fixed. Took a while and I don’t mind waiting, but they finally got it going.

    I checked my personal and business email address. I do not see an email from rymera or marketingsuiteplugin.com . . . I checked the history and this issue has been going on since 12/7/2016.

    Also, could you please create a staging site and provide the credentials to that site so I can test it out? If you can let me know the steps to reproduce the issue (such as which products I should test), that would be great too!

    WE did the staging site, waited for months. We are done trying to make this work. We have spent hundreds of dollars making YOUR plugin work. Why should I waste more time when you guys never even followed up after months of our time trying to help get this working? The test site was up for so long that google crawled it and then it crated issues for our SEO. This plugin has created way to many headaches and cost to much money. It would really be great if you guys can fix. WE could really use the plugin.

    We are really want to fix the issue, and we did create a fix in version 1.4.2 which we believe should fix it up. But we dropped the ball by not informing you about the update as we had a lot of things going on back then. I’m really sorry about that. But if you want to check our changes to see if it includes the fix for your issue, you can always check the changelog here: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/email-cart-for-woocommerce/#developers.

    Regarding the crawling issue, you should be able to discourage search engines from indexing your staging site by enabling the “Search Engine Visibility” setting on “Settings > Reading”.

    I’ve tested the fix on my end and it’s working great here. Maybe we have a different configuration. I’d love to test it on your staging site to see what’s wrong with it. I’ve tried to access your staging site, but I’m afraid the credentials are not working anymore. That’s why I asked you to provide it for me again.

    Could you please open a new ticket like I suggested before? This will make sure we can move forward to fix this issue.
