Great Idea… only if it worked

It doesn’t work on my site. Only shows up for logged in users. But doesn’t show up for anyone else. Problem is… I am typically the only logged in user. So this is basically worthless.
Also, when I tested it while logged in, the message goes to my messenger on my phone but then requires me to login to Facebook via a browser. WTF?!?!? Could they make it any harder? This is absolutely useless. Who designs this stuff.
“Hey, let’s make an plugin that connects our messenger app to their website, but make it impossible for them to check their messages in messenger. Ha. Instead, let’s make them login to to Facebook via a browser on there phone. Ha. A browser instead of the app. Isn’t that a brilliant idea. I am going to get senior developer for this great idea.”
Oh and the support seems to be non-existent. I submitted a ticket, but saw that many people have the same issue and not one answer in the past two weeks.
So, basically a complete waste of my time. USELESS. Don’t install. Just walk away quickly. No wait, run… run very fast. Avoid at all cost.
