  • The plugin was great when we needed it. Unfortunately, we don’t need it anymore, but unwillingly, they sign you up for auto-renewal. I never received the e-mail saying it would auto-renew in 7 days, and was unpleasantly surprised when I saw in the invoice in my inbox. Logged on and could not find a cancel button anywhere, so I went onto chat and was told “oh, you just gotta type it into the order notes.”

    Seriously?

    Okay, so now the auto-renew is turned off, but they won’t give me money back——even though I never received the e-mail they claim to have sent.

    What a terrible company. Stay away from these scammers!
