Great Initial Support.

Was having a problem with getting the exit intent pop up working, hwever I feel a lot of it was my (mis) understanding of how the program should work.

Support got back to me straight away, and we had our site fully tested on half a dozen browsers. Looking forward to injecting some extra funds into our income now.
