    Just one thing to note, after I added one of my support videos, the youtube link played in a default state of 720p, which would have been too blurry for my client to make out the text unless they manually changed it to 1080p.

    Is there a way we could force all videos to play in 1080p so that the customer doesn’t have to worry about knowing how to do so?

    And lastly, would it be able to remove “Other videos” / “Related videos” while pausing or after the video?
