Great little plugin

Really like this. One tip to prevent every instance of a term on a page from being tool-tipped is to create the glossary entry itself in quotes like “my entry”.

That way, you can use the term in quotes the first time you use it on a page or post, and you get the tooltip, and every time after that you use it without quotes.
