great looking but a tough slog

The GPP themes are bi-polar. Things are either done in a simple, “for dummies” way, or else you have to be able to hack like a pro. And don’t expect anything out-of-the-box. Read everything, then read their forums, then read it all again, and then MAYBE it will all work for you. I’ve been working with free and paid WP themes for over a year and these are the most complicated I’ve encountered.
