Great membership plugin and support!

We had tried several different wordpress membership plugins along with armember. Compared to the others, it’s definitely a great price. We were surprised at the amount of features offered and decided to try them out. After over a year, we are very satisfied. The customer support included with the paid plan is great! They always try their best to find out what is causing each issue. At times, not every problem can be solved without custom advanced coding but most of the time they help solve the problems. Our site is pretty large and other support plugins have given up trying to help so the fact that they do their best is much appreciated. We hope to be a permanent customer as their plugin has almost everything we need. The only function missing that I personally wish they had was a way to link memberships with different WordPress roles as other membership plugins provide but the number of other features they offer do make up for it. Edit to add that support explained this is possible. You can assign roles with single memberships but when you switch to multiple memberships note that it will assign multiple roles. The membership role plus the default WordPress role. If you try to restrict the default role, it will stay assigned to the user even if they pay and upgrade to a premium role. So, they will still be restricted even after payment because the default role does is not removed. Still, there are workarounds and support has helped me all the way. Thanks again!
