Disappointed with the support I got

  • <p>The support team seems to have changed over the years. Unlike earlier, I don’t receive timely or accurate responses to my questions. Despite multiple emails, I don’t get satisfactory answers. The responses are delayed, further delaying resolution by asking questions that are already answered in the mail thread.?</p>
