great plug-in

This plugin is an excellent solution for small and medium businesses, to support customers online! I have been using it for over a year. easy client, smooth settings, mobile application – allowing you to help your customers even if you are fishing (from personal experience)!

The full version of the client extends the possibilities – transferring files to the client, sending the visitor to another operator, visibility of the geolocation and the ability to invite the visitor give a higher conversion, monitoring the print, a set of quick phrases …. this is not a complete list of the toolset to facilitate your work operators to a minimum.

it is very convenient for me as an administrator to read the logs of the dialogues that have been held at my post office. my rating for this program is 10 out of 10. I wish developers new ideas and their soonest incarnations!
