I need to be sure that not only is it the right solution for my website/business, but also that the customer support will be ready to go the extra mile in times of crisis, as it’s a big possibility.

    I own wayandfarer.com & we operate in 27 countries with about 600 web pages for each country, so it’s a complex website in regards to translating content. It’s safe to say that GTranslate’s solution doesn’t only work great and offer quality translations, but the SEO side of things is almost perfect, which is super important to us.

    Other then GTranslate working well and being ideal for international SEO, the support team’s effort is endless and impressive!

    Jei and Elen wrote back to my many hundreds of messages as I’m a pretty needy person in the early days, asking about all sorts of stuff. When it became a bit more complex, Susanna stepped in to answer SEO and URL questions. I’ve got about 15 years SEO experience, so I was (unintentionally) giving her a hard time by scrutinising her answers, but she came through with the goods every time.
    Shortly after finishing the free trial, my website crashed and had a fatal error (not related to GTranslate). This is when big gun Arshak stepped in from the dev team. He went over and beyond to help me fix major issues between the plug-in and my website post crash, and was extremely dedicated to helping me find a solution, from providing info for me to pass onto my hosting co, to logging into the WP backend and via ftp to look for issues – he identified things that we weren’t even aware of. A great effort!

    during all of this time, Elen and Jei still kept in contact, checking up on things.

    I’m really happy to be using GTranslate and after working with them on issues and figuring out seo complications, I couldn’t recommend a plug-in and support team higher.
